We currently offer the following 6 DCT1/2 posts in Community Dental Services within the north east and Cumbria :

OMFS/Community split posts (x1)

Both of these posts consist of two six month rotations with placements at James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough and Community Dental Practices within County Durham and North Tees. The start date for both of these posts is normally the first Wednesday in September. The first six month rotation ends in March with the second rotation ending in September.

Ortho/Community split posts (x1)

This post consists of 3-4 days per week in Special Care/Paediatric Dentistry and 1-2-days per week in Orthondontics working across Carlisle Dental Cente, Cleator Moor Dental Centre and Workington Community Hospital.  

Community posts (x4)

These posts are based within the following areas for 12 months:

Northumbria

West Cumbria

South Tyneside
