You will cover learning theories, assessment and how to evaluate educational programmes. You will also cover aspects of supervision, mentorship and preceptorship. Preparation for Mentorship

Who is it for?
This programme has two routes, one for nurses which is approved by the NMC and another for allied health professionals. Both of which qualify students to sign off the professional development of junior colleagues and students.

What experience / qualifications do participants need?
We usually require applicants to be healthcare professionals. You will also need your manager’s support for the course’s work-based learning
