The Trainee Self Service app provides information on your programme and placements and it is via this app that you will register for your programme, complete Form R part A and B, and sign the Conditions of Joining document.

Support for Doctors in Training - Trainee Information System Support

 

Applying to change working hours / go less than full time

Work is ongoing to incorporate LTFT applications into TSS. Until notified otherwise please continue to follow the current process available here

 

Applying for your Period of Grace

This form is to be completed by all Resident Doctors in training programmes 6 months prior to the expected CCT date. It should be returned to the Programme Support Officer and Training Programme Director.

If the doctor in training does not return the form, then that will be interpreted as the doctor not wishing to take up the Period of Grace.
