North East and North Cumbria

Patient Safety and Quality Conference

Date: Friday 30th September 2022

Venue:    Glow Venue Hire (former known as Xcel Centre), Long Tens Way, Aycliffe Business Park, County Durham DL5 6AP

Health Education England in the North East and north Cumbria are holding a Patient Safety and Quality conference.  The purpose of the conference is to share innovations across the themes of the HEE Quality Framework and patient safety, discuss health inequalities, medication safety and learning from bad outcomes.

The event will bring together a multidisciplinary audience of healthcare professions from trusts and higher educational institutions throughout the North East and north Cumbria.  There will be an opportunity to network and share innovations.

To recognise and celebrate the great work going on in the region there will be an opportunity to share best practice with colleagues.  We will be inviting Trusts, Higher Education Institutes and Primary Care Hubs to showcase quality and patient safety initiatives and innovations using posters throughout the venue.
