Health Education England in the north east are holding a joint Quality and Patient Safety conference. The purpose of the conference is to share innovations across the themes of the HEE Quality Framework, patient safety and to discuss educational workforce challenges facing the NHS in the north east. The event will help to further develop knowledge of the themes of the HEE Quality Framework and raise patient safety as a priority in education and training and how learning from error can be implemented in practice.
The event will bring together a multidisciplinary audience of healthcare professionals who are either interested in or actively involved with the delivery of education and training and delivery of quality interventions locally.
This will be a stakeholder engagement conference with the opportunity for networking and to share innovation and expertise of work taking place within the region.
The event is aimed at colleagues from across all professions and disciplines from trusts and higher educational institutions throughout the north east and north Cumbria.
Call for Abstracts
To recognise and celebrate the great work going on within the region, there will be an opportunity to share best practice with colleagues. If you have an area of work that you would like to showcase as a poster we are inviting submission of abstracts.
