O&G Regional Teaching Programme 2021-2022

The above link forms the regional teaching programme for 2021-22. As usual, this is to be considered mandatory teaching as part of the training programme and we’d expect attendance to at least 70% of the sessions available at the designated level which will be monitored and reviewed during the ARCP process. To attend, you will have to apply for study leave in the usual way to have the time away from your unit but there will not be a cost/fee to attend the sessions below. Individual programmes will be sent out for each in advance of the session (and we’ll aim for the week before). Please note that it is subject to change.

The School will also locally deliver several courses that feature as mandatory requirements as per the training matrix. Spaces on these are limited and as such, we will invite those that have yet to attend at the training level the course is a requirement for and then offer out remaining spaces to the next year group as available. In doing so, we will ensure everyone attends what is on offer and needed to satisfy the training matrix requirements. As above, study leave will need to be applied for if you are given a place on the course. There will also be a course fee to be paid, which you will be able to claim back via the study leave process.
