Paediatric Awards For Training Achievements (PAFTA)

It’s that time of year where we are inviting nominations for regional excellence!

We’d really like to get some North East representation at the national awards this year and I've made the form even simpler to fill out.

There’s a tight deadline set by RCPCH for the national nominations and so we ask that you respond as soon as possible and nominations will close at the end of November.

Alongside this we will also be doing some regional awards to recognise everyone’s contributions over the past year, and we are working hard to try and have a local awards ceremony so watch this space for that!

Nominations to be submitted by Microsoft forms:

The form may look long, but please take the time to have a look and remember that you don’t have to fill in every category, just those that you feel have been particularly excellent!

Any further questions or problems accessing the form (need @nhs.net sign in) then please contact me directly:

Thanks, and get nominating!
