Looking after your own wellbeing is vital! HEENE PSWU have collated free and paid for links to support the wellbeing of Postgraduate Doctors and Dentists in Training (PGDDiT). The following links are intended to be used as a guide, and PGDDiT can engage with them at a level they feel appropriate, but they should not replace the advice of services such as Occupational Health or a GP.
