The Employer for all the CDS posts (including the two split posts) is Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust who are the Lead Employer Trust (LET).

All DCT 1 Trainees are issued with a LET employee handbook detailing important contractual information. The LET retain employment responsibilities, however, in practice, supervision and appraisals are to be carried out by the host training trust.

The LET should be the first point of contact for all employment and payroll related issues.
