Following a very successful Dental Workforce Symposium in October it has been decided to set up a Dental Workforce Strategy Group, the purpose of which is to develop a dental workforce strategy for the North East and North Cumbria. The work of this group will feed in to a comprehensive stakeholder consultation to determine the composition of the dental workforce in the area from 2022 onwards.
