North East and Yorkshire Leadership Academy
In the North East and Yorkshire, there is an online coaching register called CoachNet.
It holds details of accredited internal and external coaches who meet the Academy’s requirements. All coaches registered on CoachNet, are certified with an Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Level 5 certificate in Coaching and Mentoring or an equivalent qualification so you can be assured you will receive a high quality, professional coaching experience.
The first step would be to register as a coachee and (once approved) you can search for a coach that can help with your requirements

Looking After You Too: confidential coaching about you and your wellbeing
This coaching focuses on you and your wellbeing, and you can talk about things like:
the pressures and challenges you are facing
how you are thinking and feeling
coping with the demands of your role.
The coaching is designed to support you to develop practical strategies to cope with your situation and stay well.

Cumbria Learning and Improvement Collaborative (CLIC)
CLICL have over 20 accredited coaches within their network, who work across our local NHS and partner organisation.
The coaches will offer you a confidential, virtual space to discuss your goals, with a focus on questioning, listening and objectivity.
All coaches have a minimum Level 5 accreditation in coaching or have an equivalent level of experience and adhere to the NHS principles and values, and practice in accordance with the Global Code of Ethics.
