WHAT is ELEVATE?
An exciting programme of learning and development for existing or aspiring clinical educators in the North-East and Yorkshire. ELEVATE aims to support you in delivering your existing role more easily or to understand the opportunities available if you are considering becoming involved or more involved in medical education.

- Deputy and Associate Deans
- SAS Doctors and Dentists
- Resident Doctors and Dentists in their final year before CCT
- Directors of Medical Education
- Consultants/ GPs/ Dentists and Pharmacists considering their first educational role
- Trust Medical Education Leads
The PROGRAMME
Practical advice and tips from existing educators in roles such as Heads of School, Deputy Deans and Training Programme Directors. Understanding educational roles available to you across your region, both in your local hospital or practice and in the Deanery. Educational sessions on topics including: Compassionate leadership, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Understanding Postgraduate Medical Finances, Challenging conversations, Educational quality, Artificial intelligence in education and much more!
