As the Postgraduate Dean I am committed to giving you the best training we can so that you can be the best doctor you can be. My team and I aim to offer the highest quality training, supervision and help when things do not go so well. To enhance our trainee’s experience, we have launched our ‘pyramids’ so that we can train our juniors in those other things we need to be good doctors and leaders. This includes teaching, academic and management skills. In this offer to our local HEE NE trainees, we believe we are unique across the UK. Of course we care about all of the doctors working in our region and our courses are also available to those who are not in a training post. We are always very keen to know if we could do better so please let us know. In the meanwhile I hope you have every success in your career and training, and I am so pleased you are doing this with us
